The Single window system that was created by the Central Housing and Planning Authority is a disaster. I applied since July 23, 2025 for permission to enclose a simple 2 bedroom apartment in Kitty. To date it is still pending. Although they are using IT Services the system is still very slow. Just to enclose a simple bottom flat on an existing building costs $60,000 plus. I therefore call on the relevant authority to look into this matter.
