Glasses allowance

Governments do not decrease subsidies/grants they usually increase same, but not in Guyana. In 2023 my pair of spectacles cost $51,000. I took the relevant information from my Optician to the Ministry of Human Services And Social Protection. i.e. cost $ 51,000 less NIS $12,000 balance $39,000.The Ministry issued a cheque to my Optician for $ 24,000. I Paid $15,000

2025. Spectacles cost $53,000. NIS $ 12,000. balance $41,000. Min. of Health voucher $ 15,000. I paid $26,000. Subsidy 2023 $24,000. 2025—$ 15,000. I am appealing to Vice President Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo, to review the subsidy allowance or return same back to the Ministry of Human Services And Social Protection.
