For 3 weeks I have been trying to book ferry service using the online system. I am not getting a confirmed booking. Message comes up that reads; “No booking options were found based on your request, try choosing another date or a different route”. My route was a return ticket from Parika to Supernaam going on November 28 and returning December 1. Different dates produces the same message.
It could be all space have already been booked; if that is so, then the system should say so, because if that is the case I will need to cancel prepaid resort reservations. If it’s a problem with the online system, then it should be fixed and in the meantime passengers should be given an option on where or how to book reservations. Can the Ferry Service people please look into this?
