It was tough talking during the featured address at the opening of GuyExpo. The riot act was read to gold producers about illegalities; new management for GuySuCo (this was said before and is worn now); stay in your lane, don’t get beside yourself for pressing on delivery of promise made concerning cash grant in time for Christmas, among other deliverables. Tough talk, hype-up rhethoric, hot air blowing…does this change anything? We have heard these tough talk before but still perceptions longer about the will to walk the talk.
