Since One Communications took over, my internet has been sticking/freezing. I made reports and was told when it happens again, call them. My phone line was merged with the Fibre system but every time there’s a blackout my phone doesn’t work. I requested One Communications last September, 2025 to remove my landline from the Fibre line, which they did. Since then to now my phone cannot receive calls to make any reports.
Today, I called again concerning my faulty internet and phone line. I was told that I owed $12,000 for the phone bill. Never knew of it cause I never received a phone bill. That was a shock to me. Remember my phone line merged with my Fibre internet and I paid every month $13,000 per month and about 3 or four months ago it increased to $13,800 without any notification. I don’t even ‘if’ know I’m getting my 300 TV networks that am paying for.
One Communications, please rectify this issue as soon as possible. I can’t pay for something that am not getting. I am not a satisfied customer with your service.
