Visitors to the Commercial Registry, on Avenue of the Republic, have to wait, in the sun and sometimes rain, until 8.30am before they can go into the building. Could the management please open the door at 8 am so that people can have a seat in the waiting area downstairs while waiting to go upstairs from 8 30? Because of issues with parking and given the large number of people that go there everyday individuals are forced to line up as early as 6 am so that they can be attended to early. Why such a key state institution opens at 8.30 (and not 8) is another story.
